Inquiries wait too long
Questions arrive while everyone is mid-task, so answers go out hours or days later — or not at all.
AI automation studio
Mojen Labs builds AI systems that take over the repetitive work inside a business — answering inquiries, following up, scheduling, moving data between tools, handling documents and reports — so your team spends its time on the work that actually needs a person.
Any industry. Any repetitive process. Remote or on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
The everyday problem
Most teams are not short on skill. They are short on hours, because the same small tasks come back every single day.
Questions arrive while everyone is mid-task, so answers go out hours or days later — or not at all.
Nudges, reminders and status updates only happen when someone remembers to send them.
Copying between a form, a spreadsheet and a system of record is slow, dull and easy to get wrong.
What we build
We start from your bottleneck, not from a product. Below is the range of what we build.
An agent that answers routine questions, asks for the details you need, follows up on a schedule and books time. Email, web chat, forms — phone and text are one channel among several, not the whole product.
When something happens in one system, the right thing happens in the others — no retyping, no copy-paste, no one chasing a handoff.
Pulling the fields you care about out of invoices, forms, contracts, applications or notes, then checking them and putting them where they belong.
The summary that someone currently rebuilds by hand every week, assembled and delivered on its own, on time.
If the thing slowing you down does not look like anything above, that is a normal starting point. Describe the process and we will tell you honestly whether it can be automated well.
Examples, not limits.
How it works
Four steps, in order, with nothing paid until the scope is agreed.
We look at where time disappears and agree what is worth automating first.
We build one system and test it against your real work before it touches anything important.
We turn it on, hand it over, and show your team how to check and steer it.
We keep it running, adjust it as the work changes, and extend it when you are ready.
About
Mojen Labs is based in Keller, Texas, and works with businesses across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and remotely. We build and support AI automation — we do not resell software and we do not hand over a system nobody can operate.
Something your team does the same way over and over, often enough that an hour saved per day would matter. Any industry — professional services, retail, logistics, healthcare admin, trades, and plenty we have not listed.
Automation that holds up needs your real process, your real tools and a round of testing. If you are looking for a chatbot to switch on and forget, we are not the right team.
FAQ
Pricing depends on the system you need. We discuss scope and pricing on the free call, after we understand the work, and confirm it before any paid work starts.
Any business with repetitive work. The industry matters much less than the process: if the steps are consistent and happen often, there is usually something to automate.
That is not how we build. The system takes the routine part so your team can spend time on judgment, relationships and the work itself. Your people stay in charge of outcomes and can always step in.
We review your current tools on the free call and confirm what connects during the pilot, before launch. We will not assume every tool integrates the same way, and we will tell you if something does not.
It depends on the process and the tools involved. We agree on scope and timing on the free call, then build and test during the pilot so you can see it working before it goes live.
Very little. Normally it is reviewing anything the system flagged for a person. We agree during the pilot on what gets checked, by whom, and how often.
We use only the data a system needs to do its job, and we agree on what that is in writing before the build starts. If you stop working with us, we agree on handover and on turning the system off.
We explain the terms on the free call and confirm them before any paid work starts. If you decide to stop, we agree on how to switch the system off and hand things over cleanly.
